Pen Launches Most Personal Exploration To Date – His Quest For The Best Mid-Life Performance Plan

The first fifty years of Pen Hadow’s life have been a testament to his pioneering spirit, perseverance in achieving his ambition, overcoming adversity and environmental entrepreneurialism. However, on reaching his half century recently, Pen looked closely at fundamental areas of his life and, like many of us, he realised that day-to-day living had taken its toll on his health and well-being.

With two stone in weight to lose and an overall improvement in fitness levels as his latest goal, Pen will be launching ‘Hadow’s Year of Health and Fitness’ on 25 March 2012 to coincide with his participation in the Plymouth Sport Relief Mile – http://www.sportrelief.com/the-mile

Over the next twelve months, Pen will undertake a journey of discovery on which he hopes many fifty something’s will join him. Not only will Pen will exploit his own working knowledge from personal experience of training programmes and his tough expeditions, he is also open to trying all manner of activities in his pursuit of the healthy balance. From hiking on Dartmoor to Zumba classes and being stretched on a Pilates reformer bed, Pen will mix more traditional methods of exercise with the latest activities on the fitness scene.

Pen hopes he can inspire others to join him on his latest adventure by engaging in interactive online debate. You can follow Pen’s journey via his Twitter feed @PenHadow and through regular news updates posted here on his website.
